Every year my Grandma Capson has a huge blowout bash for her birthday. When I was younger we always ended the evening with a great firework display, but that all ended one year when the fireworks turned the tables and began attacking the crowd of onlookers. Now we just eat good food and celebrate Grandma!
This year Grandpa rented a giant inflatable slide for Grandma and it was a huge success. After over three hours of sliding no one showed any signs of fatugue adn there were tears galore as I loaded up the three ninjas to head home. In case you were wondering minivan rides and bedtimes are NOT good substitutes for giant slides and over indulgent eating.
I'd say the slide coupled with my Aunt Melissa's homemade ice cream sandwiches made for a perfect summer night! BTW Mia ate 4 giant ice cream sammys while sliding. Just thinking about it makes me sick
