All you Knead is Love

Okay, I have been blog absent lately because life has been so busy, but I just had some well deserved long over due "Mommy Time" with my favorite mommy gang members and I feel ready to conquer the world again; or at least blog for a while.

I had to teach the Relief Society Enrichment gals about bread last week and while I was quite nervous (I am a totally nerd I know) I think it went well and I actually had fun! No one really laughed at my jokes; which totally confirms my theory that I am the only one that thinks I am funny, but that is okay because now 25 more people in the world know how much I love bread and how all that yummy whole grain goodness is good for you too! YAY Bread!

Couldn't you hear me? I laughed at all of your jokes. But I guess that's why I'm in your mommy gang! =)

Just in case you didn't receive my voice message, I made bread yesterday with your recipe and it turned out great. It's amazing what glutten and dough enhancer will do for a loaf of bread. (I also used the church wheat, and it was fine!) Now, I just need smaller pans - which I'm buying soon. Thanks again for the demonstration. I am FINALLY able to make homemade break that tastes delicious!

I found a fabulous bread recipe. (It is 100 percent whole wheat.) Let me know if you want it! And, how do we join your special mommy gang!?!
